Exchanges and returns

• We support genuine exchanges as per product condition and billing details.
• Items must be unused and unwashed, with original tags and invoice.
• Requests should be made within the exchange window shared at billing.
• Innerwear, perfumes and select items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
